    Dear Potential Volunteer:
Thank you for your interest in the Woodbury Heritage Society. Without our volunteers our program would be impossible. What-ever opportunity you decide to volunteer for, just know that your are making a huge difference in preserving heritage of Wood-bury for its citizens.

There are a few different volunteer opportunities to choose from:

    • Heritage House Gardener: The Heritage House Gardener serves as the person in-charge of the garden on the grounds of the Heritage House.
    • Newsletter Writer/Editor: Publish a quarterly newsletter (Heritage Happenings) to share information, maintain visibility and gain support for the Woodbury Heritage Society.
    • Heritage House Docent--Open House and School visits: A docent is a creative, imaginative, enthusiastic individual who pro-vides interpretive services to the visitors. This includes hosting Sunday Open House in the summer and School tours in September.
    • Heritage House Handy Person--Serves as the person in-charge of maintaining the Heritage House and grounds

To be eligible to be a volunteer you must fill out the volunteer application. When I receive your application, I will contact you. Again thank you for your interest in our program, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
